Government Announcement COVID-19
Here at Hawker Motors for 2 generations we have always put our customers and our employees at the heart of everything we do. Every day we continue to do this and with the ongoing latest advice on COVID-19, I want to share with you the necessary precautions we have taken and we want to reassure you on the subtle changes you might notice when you visit us.
When you visit us, you will still be warmly welcomed but you will notice slight changes in line with the latest Government recommendations:
- We will not shake hands
- We will keep our distance to at least 2m, we ask that you do the same
- Hand sanitisers are available, please use them when you enter and leave
- When you contact us please let us know if you have visited one of the countries restricted by the Government
- If you are visiting our garage for Service work including essential warranty work, please be assured that our engineers always wear gloves and use vehicle protection covers on your driving seat. Vehicles are washed and steering wheels are wiped down as a precaution before return
- If you are presenting with flu symptoms, a high temperature or a dry cough we will politely ask that you contact us to cancel your booking and rebook when you are well again
- If you are in a classified high-risk group and are concerned about visiting our Garage or are unable to visit but are in good health, we are offering an increased collection and delivery service. Please let us know if you require collection and delivery of your vehicle when you make your booking
- We are open for business as normal and we will continue to answer all incoming calls and emails.
